Al Khaimah General Maintenance (AKGM) L.L.C. is a growing general maintenance firm started in the year 2003 to manage the properties of our real estate division efficiently with quality services besides growing slowly to take our place in this field of business.

AKGM started with limited workforce gaining a reputation for quality, quick response, efficiency and customer satisfaction. It is through careful husbanding of this reputation, we expect to take our place in this field of business. We work closely with our suppliers, sub-agencies and consulting engineers to ensure the satisfaction of customer requirements.

AKGM’s qualified team of skilled Technicians works under the close supervision of experienced and competent Supervisors & Engineering staff. We understand the importance of training & motivation of our employees at all levels. We always ensure safe working environment for all our employees & their surroundings with regular health & safety meetings. The company carries insurance in respect of third party, workmen’s compensation and professional indemnity certificates.

AKGM’s staff is always in a presentable state of dress during working hours which not only ensures proper identification but also compliments our Clients premises. All our staff also wears clearly visible identification badges at all times whilst on the premises and sign in and sign out upon commencement & completion of work.

Easy Communication Channels

We have setup numerous channels of communication to facilitate our Clients for easy access to our staff and management either to report an emergency, forward feedback of our services or any other advices and suggestions. We always look for valued suggestions from our Customers. We strongly believe that these suggestions & feedback always help us in improving our services.

Valuable Recommendations

We always maintain service records, a copy of which is submitted to the Customer every six months with our recommendations for upgrading the existing systems and a guesstimate for keeping our Customers aware about any upcoming expenses. This helps the Clients to budget their expenses before hand and avoid any inconvenience and unpleasant surprises. Further, we also conduct energy audits to identify the area and installations of high energy consumption with our recommendations to upgrade or replace the units for better efficiency.

Whether it’s small equipment like a water pump or a sophisticated control, performance falls off as equipment ages. Preventive maintenance is the way to stay ahead of the curve. Waiting until something goes wrong will dramatically reduce equipment life, increase energy costs and decrease occupant comfort and reliability. We therefore give prime importance to regular upkeep of the equipment to increase the life of the equipment and avoid unnecessary energy costs and discomfort.

Convenient Packages

AKGM have the facility to offer package operations & annual maintenance contracts to their Clients at a reasonable & competitive fee. The package operations offer maintenance services on call basis and the annual maintenance contracts are offered as follows:

  a)All-In-Service Contract Program.
  b)Inspection Service Program.

The first program is “All-In-Service Contract Program”. This includes complete labor, spare parts & other materials required during emergency calls, periodic inspections and other preventive maintenance works.

The second program is “Inspection Service Program”. This includes labor only for performing normal & emergency maintenance services but excludes spare parts & other materials required.

Round the clock service

AKGM offer round the clock emergency maintenance services backed by fully equipped mobile teams for prompt services at all times.
